Workspaces vs projects
What lives at workspace scope (agents, skills) vs on a single board — and how teams share.
Two scopes to know:
- Workspace — you (or your whole team, on an organization account). Agents and skills saved here appear on every board you open. This is the default when you save in the Studio, because reuse is the point.
- Project — one board. A project-scoped agent exists only there; if it shares a name with a workspace agent, the project version wins on that board (tweak a shared agent locally without forking it for everyone).
Teams: with an organization account, everyone signing in with a company email shares one team workspace — one person trains the brand-style skill and every editor's agents can use it the same day.
Boards themselves are shared by link with per-person roles — workspace membership and board membership are independent, which is what lets an outside client be a commenter on one board without seeing your other projects.
