Skills: teachable knowledge for agents
A skill is a reusable rulebook — style guides, brand rules, procedures — agents consult on demand.
A skill is written know-how an agent can consult: a style guide, a brand rulebook, a procedure. Each skill has a name, a one-line "when to use this," and a full markdown body.
The clever part is progressive loading: agents carry only the one-liners of their attached skills. When a task matches, the agent loads the full body on demand and follows it. That's how an agent can hold a fat 10-page style guide without dragging it into every conversation.
Ways to create one:
- Write it — inline in the Studio's skill form (great for brand do's-and-don'ts)
- Train it from YouTube — point at a channel; the system watches the videos and writes the style guide
- Train it on your own footage — distill your voice from what's already on the board
Skills live in your workspace, so one style guide serves every agent on every board. Attach them in the Studio.
