What are agents?
AI teammates with a persona, a job, explicit permissions, and optional attached skills.
An agent is an AI teammate you define: a name and face, written instructions ("you review cuts for unverifiable claims…"), an explicit permission grant, and optionally some attached skills (knowledge it consults).
Agents work on the board, with the real footage — they read transcripts, watch frames, leave comments, make cuts (if permitted), and their activity shows live like any teammate's. Summon one by typing @its-name in the ask bar (see talking to agents).
Where they come from:
- The gallery — ready-made hires (compliance reviewer, story producer…)
- Build your own in the Agent Studio
- The marketplace — agents published by other creators
