Automatic multicam sync at import
Batches shot together are detected and aligned by waveform and timecode — no manual sync step.
When you import a batch of files, Storylines checks whether any of them were captured together and syncs them automatically using audio waveforms and timecode (when your cameras carry it). Matching files arrive already grouped as a multicam take, with per-angle sync offsets computed and stored on the group.
Files that don't match anything are treated as normal single-camera sources — no configuration needed either way.
What you'll see after such an import: a multicam group card holding the angles, members marked as A-roll, and angle switching ready to use immediately.
If a shoot had no usable timecode and messy audio (or you grouped clips manually), the computed offsets may be missing or slightly off — that's what manual offsets are for.
