Working live: presence, cursors & comments
See who's on the board, follow their cursors, and leave comments on cards or timeline moments.
Everything on a board syncs in real time:
- Presence avatars (top-right) show everyone currently on the board — teammates by name, visitors as anonymous. Your own avatar is ringed.
- Live cursors carry real names, so "who's poking at the intro?" answers itself.
- Comments can attach to any card or to a moment on the timeline — a 💬 marker lands at that second, so "the music dips at 0:42" points at 0:42. Commenter-role members and comment-permitted agents use the same system.
Agent activity is visible too: when an agent works, its progress shows live in the chat thread, its actions are attributed to its name and color, and anything it changes syncs to everyone instantly — same as a human teammate.
