Video won't play
Playback fixes: expired links, codec limits, and browser quirks — in the order to try them.
Try these in order:
- Reload the board. Media links are secure and time-limited; a tab left open for many hours can hold an expired link. A reload mints fresh ones.
- Check the source card. If the card itself shows no thumbnail and no duration, the file may still be processing or errored — playback isn't the problem.
- Try another browser. Chrome/Edge/Safari handle the widest codec range. Some Linux/Chromium builds lack H.264 support entirely — a video that plays on your phone but not your desktop browser is usually this.
- Corporate network? Some proxies block media CDNs. Try off-VPN once to isolate it.
Still black? Tell us which board, which file, and what the browser console says — that combination usually pins it in one look.
